Applicant Privacy Notice
This page describes how KASREN handles information and photographs submitted through the Talent List form.

What you submit
The Talent List form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, and ZIP code; your transportation and travel range; your typical availability; your modeling and film or video experience level; optional Instagram and portfolio or website links; project interests; confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older; and current photographs including a face photo, a full body photo, and one optional additional photo.
Purpose
Your profile is used only to consider you for KASREN photography and film projects and to contact you about those projects. Submissions are reviewed internally and are not displayed publicly.
Photographs
Submitted photographs are private review materials used for casting only. They are not published, licensed, or used in marketing without a separate written agreement. Submitting photos through the Talent List does not by itself grant KASREN any right to use your name, image, or likeness publicly or commercially.
Access and storage
Applicant records and photographs are stored in a private admin system accessible only to KASREN staff and production personnel working on a relevant project.
Withdrawal and removal
You may withdraw your profile and request deletion of your submitted photographs at any time by emailing casting@kasrencasting.com.
