These terms govern your use of the KASREN website and any submission you make through the Talent List form.

Eligibility
The KASREN Talent List is open to women 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued identification is required for any booking.
No representation
KASREN is an independent production brand that casts for its own photography and film projects. It is not a modeling or talent agency, public marketplace, or casting platform, and it does not provide representation, placement, or career management services.
Submissions
You confirm that any information and photographs you submit are accurate and that you have the right to submit them.
Submitting a profile does not create an offer, booking, guarantee of selection, or guarantee of work. There is no fee to apply.
Submitting a profile does not grant KASREN any right to use your photographs, name, or likeness in public or commercial materials. Any project-specific usage, compensation, release, or model terms are agreed separately in writing if you are selected.
Bookings
Compensation, scope, location, image usage, and other terms for each project are agreed in writing before the booking. Terms of a booking are governed by that written agreement, not by this website.
Site content and changes
Site content is provided for information only and may change without notice. KASREN may update these terms or the site from time to time.
